Nicholas "Nick" Prendergast launched his career in real estate, joining Perennial in 2024, bringing 20+ years of client service and financial market experience. Nick graduated from the University of Virginia in 2000 with Bachelor's degree in Economics, and pursued a career in finance serving as an equity research analyst, where he learned how to value unique assets and communicate their value proposition. He later served as Vice President at 7 Mile Advisors, a Charlotte-based boutique investment bank, sourcing, facilitating, and negotiating corporate mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Prendergast owned and operated a network management business in Charlottesville, VA for a number of years, operating as the company's CFO and Treasurer, prior to the company's sale in early 2001.
Nick holds a Real Estate Broker License in North Carolina, and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR).
While Nick has held a number of unique roles in his career, the common thread has been a dedication to successful client outcomes, whether it involves investing in or selling assets.
