Nicholas has approximately 30 years experience. He started his career at Berrys and then Countrywide, before joining the original Drake Commercial, which later became Bidwells, where he was Head of Business Space Agency for their Northampton office. After Drake Commercial was reformed, Nicholas re-joined in 2010 and is one of the original Partners.
Nicholas is a specialist in industrial, office and business space agency, investment and development work. He advises a range of both private and institutional clients and has been involved in the long term 650 acre mixed use urban extension of Wellingborough, known as Stanton Cross. Nicholas is a member of both the Industrial Agents Society and the Office Agents Society.
