Nick is a MRICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in the Dundee and Aberdeen offices at Graham and Sibbald working within the Commercial department specialising in Valuations and Compulsory Purchase. Nick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University and a Masters Degree from Heriot-Watt University in Real Estate Investment and Finance.
Nick assists with undertaking a wide range of valuations for a mix of local and national clients, as well as specialising in valuations for public sector bodies across Scotland as part of the commercial valuation team.
