Bio
Nick leads the finance team from budgeting to long-term investment strategy. His real estate career began in London as part of the Development & Asset Strategy team of JLL, followed by several years as a commercial real estate broker directly participating in over $500MM in investment activities. Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with double majors in Structural Engineering & Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. When he’s not at work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Carrie, their daughter Violet, and dog Archie. Nick’s passions include art, duck hunting, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
