With nearly 20 years of experience in the multifamily and mobile home industry, Nick has a proven track record of helping institutional and private investors achieve their goals.
Nick holds a master’s degree in finance from Harvard University. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Nick was the Regional Manager for Green Tree Servicing, where he oversaw property preservation, marketing, and sales of REO assets, as well as default servicing for over $6 billion in active loans.
