Nick Pugh joined Scheer Partners in 2020 to help grow the Industrial Leasing & Sales Operation throughout the Mid-Atlantic. He has represented tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers for industrial and flex properties, primarily in DC, Maryland & Virginia.
Pugh is actively involved in his community and currently serves as an Honoree for The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Metro DC’s Finest campaign. Nick comes from Aston Carter, where he sold accounting & financial consulting services while managing a team of recruiters. He attended Shepherd University, where he majored in Marketing and played Linebacker for the Rams. A Montgomery County native, Nick enjoys golfing, eating crabs and spending time with his family.
