Bio
In 2019, Nicholas Rosenberg deployed to Afghanistan with Bravo Company, 2-121st Infantry Brigade. Newly married and recently settled in Columbus, Nicholas and his wife set a goal to turn a challenging situation into an opportunity: save enough during deployment to purchase their first investment property. Before leaving, Nicholas had worked as a commercial electrician for seven years in Georgia and continued in a similar role upon returning home.
Later that year, the couple achieved their goal and purchased their first property in Columbus, sparking Nicholas’s deep interest in real estate. Determined to learn everything about investing and building passive income, he immersed himself in industry knowledge through expert podcasts, networking, and financial planning. This passion soon evolved into a career path.
In September 2020, Nicholas earned his real estate license, partnered with Jeff Finke and the RE/MAX team in Columbus, and launched what would become Bullet Property Management. Today, the company reflects Nicholas’s commitment to strategic growth, client-focused service, and a vision for creating lasting value through real estate.
