He was an ideal fit for apartment brokerage due to his commitment of creating and maintaining long term relationships with his clients. Nick has completed multiple transactions in Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties, specifically concentrating in the Orange County market. With over a decade in apartment real estate, he has successfully completed multiple 1031 exchanges throughout Southern California.
