Bio
Nick Virani joined CenterPoint Commercial Properties in April of 2006. He began his real estate career in 2003 with CBS Realty Group, a small boutique commercial real estate company. He specializes in the sale of shopping centers and retail investment properties. Prior to his real estate career, Nick’s first venture was a grocery store and restaurant. He opened it in 1992 while still in school at California State University, Northbridge. After graduating in 1994, he expanded the company by opening a second location. In 1999, Nick moved to Dallas/Ft Worth, and started a consulting firm to assist small organizations with their business plans, site selection, business development, marketing, and merchandising of their products and services. His experience as a business owner and operator allowed him to have the insight and anticipation into other operators needs for success. Nick’s clients benefit from his astute personalized service.
Associations: Nick is an active member of North Texas Commercial Associations of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Education: Nick acquired his degree in accounting in 1994 from California State University, Northridge.
