Upon graduating from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Real Estate and Construction Management, Nico worked at Integra Realty Resources. While working at Integra Realty Resources Nico completed commercial real estate appraisals for a variety of commercial property types. Major clients included US Bank and Wells Fargo.
After receiving his Colorado real estate broker license, Nico worked at Re/Max Commercial where he specialized as a valuation advisor and marketing assistant. Nico wrote commercial real estate valuation reports, marketed various commercial properties and utilized his commercial drone license to film and edit commercial real estate video offering memorandums. In 2021 Nico joined Cushman & Wakefield to focus solely on commercial brokerage and to work with Ray Rosado in the retail sector.
