Bio
I am a licensed California real estate professional with a diverse background spanning residential and commercial real estate since 2017. My career began under the mentorship of Yvette Prelle at Prelle and Associates, a seasoned broker in the industry since 1976. This foundational experience provided me with in-depth knowledge of contracts, client representation, and property management. I also hold certification as a property manager, enhancing my expertise in operations and asset oversight.
I expanded into commercial real estate with Viking International, specializing in multifamily (2–4 unit) properties and NNN investments across the country. My role involved comprehensive deal analysis, national market research, and investment strategy—developing a well-rounded understanding of both acquisition and disposition processes.
Currently, I am with SRS Real Estate Partners, focusing on industrial real estate and tenant leasing. I bring a strategic, research-driven approach to every assignment and pride myself on delivering value to clients through clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and a deep knowledge of property transactions.
