I’m the Managing Director of Pera Property Management, responsible for the management and development of Pera Business Park's 10 acre site together with the day to day operations of the business park.
In 2016 I took the role of Managing Director at Pera Business Park with the ambition to provide a flexible office rental model that works with the companies and allows them to focus on their core business activity, without the distraction that usually comes with owning or renting an office. Pera Business Park has grown into the successful business park we see today, which is now home to over 100 businesses and we now manage a portfolio of properties in Leicestershire and Greater London.
I have more than 10 years’ experience in site and facilities management and can advise on the ideal office size and layouts, tailored to suit the needs of each business.
