After years of being an investor and a home buyer on the West Coast, I have returned to Florida and knew it was time to get a RE License and help others. As a foreclosure buyer I understand the mindset of investors and folks looking for a home for their family. I look at a home in the bigger picture. A home you can love with good schools, in a good neighborhood, close to all you need, but on average a family moves every 5 to 7 years and if that is you then you should also look at the future and whether the home you choose will have value down the road.
