Worked as commercial real estate analyst with ReMax (1992) Northwest Houston. Later merging into Site Acquisitions- Tenant Representation for all types of Houston Office Space, Commercial Office Spaces, Houston Industrial Space, Houston Warehouse Space , Houston Retail Space, Houston Office Buildings and Commercial Real Estate in General.
In 1994 ventured out and Formed Omega Real Estate Services LLC; Principal Broker/Owner with sole concentration on Real Estate Acquisitions; purchasing, operating, and then reselling them. Involved in many large scale renovations/redesign/reconstruction and improvements of Retail Centers.
Lately venture in equity investment, multi-investor acquisitions roles with heavy on-the-ground presence to promote, reposition, restabilizing occupancy and cash flows.
