Onno Steger oversees real estate transactions for the Industrial Realty Group portfolio. He specializes in commercial real estate leasing, sale, land development and investment.
As Senior Vice President, Onno Steger oversees IRG’s national real estate transactions, focusing specifically on creating immense value through leasing. He also analyzes project feasibility, acquisitions, and the development of industrial, office/flex, laboratory, mixed-use and other property types for users including cold storage, warehouse, rail, pharma, technology, manufacturing and more. He and his team ensure IRG’s properties are thriving and profitable. Steger excels in finding creative solutions by working with local, state, and national economic development groups to secure significant incentives and secure credited tenants.
In addition, Steger has more than 30 years of experience. He currently works with IRG’s acquisition and development teams to identify high quality real estate projects and coordinate legal, financial and development requirements for Fortune 1000 tenants. Some of these clients include Pfizer, Kraft, IBM, Western Digital, Hyperon, Hubble, U.S. Cold, Mayo Clinic, and more. With over $1 Billion in completed transactions, Steger has a client-focused approach which creates value and greater efficiencies in the long-term.
Prior to joining IRG, was a partner at Colliers International | Greater Columbus Region. He has also served as Director of Land Acquisitions and Development for the largest land developer in Ohio.
