Bio
Orry Michael is responsible for sourcing and originating new investment opportunities throughout the Northern & Central New Jersey and New York Metro markets. As part of his responsibility to help spearhead Faropoint’s expansion into Northern New Jersey, Mr. Michael has successfully led the acquisition of $395 million of industrial assets across the region. Prior to joining Faropoint, Mr. Michael worked as an Associate Director at Ariel Property Advisors, an active Middle-Market Investment Sales Advisory firm in New York City. Throughout his career, Mr. Michael has been involved in over $800 million of real estate transactions including both Private Equity and Investment Sales. Mr. Michael graduated from Johns Hopkins University, where he received a B.A. in Anthropology with a focus in Urban Renewal Studies. He earned an M.S. in Real Estate Investment and Development from the university’s Carey School of Business. While attending Johns Hopkins, he was a starting member of the top-ranked Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse Team.
