Oscar brings a unique blend of sales, financial expertise, and market insight to his commercial real estate practice. After more than a decade in sales, marketing, and accounting roles within the auto manufacturing industry, he transitioned into commercial real estate with Marcus & Millichap and KW Commercial, specializing in multi-unit properties throughout the Hollywood and greater Los Angeles markets. Over the past fifteen years, he has developed deep experience across multifamily, light industrial, retail, hotel/motel, and land assets, working closely with private owners, management companies, and investment groups. He is highly skilled in underwriting properties, interpreting financials, analyzing P&Ls and operating statements, and guiding clients through every phase of a transaction—from valuation to contract negotiation to closing.
Today, Oscar focuses on business development, investment sales, and advisory services for both new and established clients across Los Angeles and surrounding markets. He combines analytical precision with clear communication and a long-term relationship approach, helping clients make well-informed investment decisions. Oscar holds a BBA from the University of Texas at El Paso, and outside of real estate he enjoys sports, cars, motorcycling, music, home projects, and spending time with family and friends.
