Page Aiken is a seasoned commercial broker with over 37 years of real estate expertise. Page grew up on St. Simons and Sea Island and graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business, 84'. Page began his real estate career in 1987 in Atlanta, Georgia, and has enjoyed practicing residential and commercial brokerage in Atlanta, Moscow, and St. Petersburg Russia. After several years of building an industry-leading brokerage in Russia, Page returned to Atlanta where he, in addition to his brokerage activities, developed over 200,000 SF of mixed-use space in the NE Atlanta market.
Aiken Partners is a diverse group of talented real estate agents with a primary focus on luxury residential properties on St. Simons, Sea Island and surrounding coastal communities. In addition to representing commercial projects in Coastal Georgia, Page and his son Jacob are developing a new 60,000 SF spec Office/Warehouse in the NE Atlanta, Buford, Suwannee submarket.
