Pamela Martin began her national Real Estate career in Miami Florida where she was an agent at acclaimed Fortune International Realty. Her focus as a sales associate was on their Brickell Avenue and Key Biscayne Luxury Development projects. After gaining valuable experience with Fortune, Pamela became a team player with DACRA Realty and Development who are famously known for the Renaissance of South Beach and the Miami Design District.
A CCIM Candidate and licensed in both Texas and Florida, Pamela provides her clients well rounded representation with over 20 years of experience across many asset classes. Through her client base, Pamela has written over two hundred and fifty billion in deals and has access to a wide range of global markets and investment opportunities. Pamela specializes in commercial acquisitions and sales by working with trusted venture capitalists, family offices and private equity groups.
Apart from her career in real estate Pam held a corporate career in South Florida as part of creative team for television specifically programming and promotions with Post News Week''s WPLG in Miami Florida. Pamela carried forward the PNW experience in advertising sales with Blair Television/Petry Media Corp in New York city.
Pamela is Chairwoman Emerita of the Luxury Marketing Council where she served the Texas Chapter for 6 years. The Texas group consisted of global blue chip companies as well as national luxury companies and groups located in Dallas, Houston and Austin Texas.
