Parker Walter joined SRS in 2017 as an analyst to expand the National Net Lease Group’s platform in Newport Beach, CA with a focus on underwriting single-tenant, multi-tenant and shopping centers nationwide. Parker transitioned from his analyst role to brokerage in 2018 and received SRS' Rising Star Award and Top Achiever Award which recognizes him for his high transaction volume and success in his brokerage career. During his brokerage career, Parker has been involved in over $600M worth of transactions, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties nationwide.
