Bio
A licensed principal broker in the State of Oregon since 2004, Kesgard specializes in commercial and industrial real estate sales and leasing. Over the years, he’s built a strong commercial real estate clientele, including transactions with UPS, Monaco Coach Corp., Bank of the Cascades, PV Powered, Pacific Power and many others. Before starting his real estate career, Kesgard worked as west coast regional manager for a national manufacturer and retailer. In that capacity, he oversaw franchise licensing, financial analysis, operations review, real estate acquisition and site selection. Professional affiliations: Pat is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, and as such is recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Only 6% of commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold this title. He is also a past board member of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors (COAR) and a member the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
