Patricia Collins has been a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker since 1999. Patty has over 30 years of sales experience with the past 25 years in commercial real estate. She specializes in the buying, selling, leasing and marketing of industrial, manufacturing, flex, warehouse and office space. As a full-service Real Estate Broker she represents tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. A former Leasing Manager for Ciminelli Development Company, Ms. Collins has successfully coordinated and closed more than $100 million in sales/lease transactions totaling millions of square feet.
