As Director of Leasing, and Broker of Record for Klein Enterprises, Trisha negotiates proposals and leases, 2.5+ million square feet, in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. She maintains strong landlord/tenant communication from the start of the lease process, through opening day and beyond. In 2013 Trish brought the investors together, and was actively involved in the design and development plan for The Village at Odenton Station; Anne Arundel County's first, mixed-use, transit-adjacent-development; located opposite the Odenton MARC Rail Station, in Odenton Town Center. Trish represented the owners, the Dolben Company, as the broker in leasing 57,000 square feet of first-floor commercial space. In 2015, she secured a lease with Ruth's Chris Steak House, serving, not only as the anchor restaurant in the Village, but transforming the Odenton Town Center market, and the entire surrounding area, just outside Ft. George G. Meade. Trish was instrumental in the creation of new legislation for liquor licenses in Anne Arundel County, MD, in 2005, greatly benefiting restaurant chains and the growing communities surrounding the state capitol. In 2020, Trish entered her 24th year at Klein Enterprises. She continues to focus on the Klein retail portfolio, overseeing new leasing activity, as well as lease renewals and extensions in Maryland and Virginia properties.
