Patrick specializes in retail leasing and takes pride in establishing relationships with clients. Patrick currently works with Oster Properties, Briad, KIMCO, Onyx, Acadia Realty Trust, and Uncle Giuseppe’s. Before joining RIPCO, Patrick started his career in real estate at Edgewood Properties, one of the biggest developers in New Jersey, and worked on a portfolio with 60 properties.
