I help private owners and users of commercial real estate in Houston make smarter decisions about buying, selling, and leasing it.
Most owners face a decision like this only a few times in a career. I have been part of hundreds of them. So I start with the decision, not the listing. Sometimes the answer is to sell. Sometimes it is to hold, re-tenant, or refinance and look again in two years. You will hear which one I see, and why, before either of us talks about an agreement. If the numbers say wait, I will tell you to wait.
My first career was running sales and manufacturing companies with full profit-and-loss responsibility. I signed the leases as a tenant. I carried the vacancy as a landlord. I paid the taxes on buildings I owned. Then I spent 17 years in commercial real estate. Most brokers learn this business from one side of the table. I learned it from all of them, so I know what a bad decision costs you after the closing, not just at it.
The work covers industrial, retail, office, and land across Greater Houston. I hold the CCIM designation, so the analysis behind my recommendation is something you can check.
