Patrick Chambers brings his clients knowledge in owner representation, site-selection, build-to-suits, and tenant representation for retail, office, medical and multi-family. Patrick also brings his clients extensive knowledge of land development tracts. He has abundant experience working with engineers, architects, contractors, governmental agencies, utility providers and attorneys. He joined NAI Columbia in 2005.
Patrick Chambers is a long time resident of the Columbia Central Midlands Region and has excellent working knowledge of markets across South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. He is a lifetime member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association’s Circle of Excellence. His background includes transactions with national, regional and local sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. Patrick received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Clemson University with a major in Financial Management.
