Bio
Pat joined The Blau & Berg Company in 2024. He is a licensed New Jersey Broker who handles transactions for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Prior to transitioning to commercial real estate, Pat was an executive at the largest medical device company in the world. He was responsible for all products in the Cardiac and Vascular space with annual sales that exceeded $250M. He managed a team of more than 200 people that included Biomedical Engineers, Clinical Specialists, Sales, and Finance.
He led complex Hospital System’s contract negotiations at the C-Suite level while developing new and working relationships with Chiefs of all Cardiac Specialties.
