Patrick M. Dando brings over two decades of commercial real estate expertise to the Houston market, specializing in everything from ground-up developments and investment analysis to land due diligence and lease negotiations. His diverse project experience spans office-warehouse builds, restaurants, medical facilities, retail, and specialty properties—some reaching up to $49 million.
Patrick has worked with a wide range of clients, including national brands, mom-and-pop businesses, surgery centers, and even an IMSA race team. As a broker and developer, he offers hands-on experience with entitlements, permitting, and cost controls—helping clients maximize returns on their investments.
Born and raised in Houston, Patrick is a University of Houston graduate and former professional baseball player, having spent time with the Braves, Royals, and Astros organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys faith, family, fishing, golf, and a good day in the kitchen.
