He brings more than 15 years of experience in industrial real estate, with a focus on complex sales and leasing, build-to-suit developments, land assemblages, and securing state and local incentive packages. Since joining Phoenix Investors, he has played a key role in the acquisition and leasing of more than 25 million square feet, with an aggregate transaction volume exceeding $200 million.
Prior to joining Phoenix Investors, Patrick spent seven years at a national brokerage firm, where he developed his expertise in industrial sales, leasing, and investment transactions.
