Patrick is actively engaged in the real estate capital markets arena, representing institutional, middle-market, and private clients, encompassing a variety of asset types, including multi-tenant retail shopping centers, single-tenant net lease, and urban mixed-use throughout Chicagoland and the Midwest.
Patrick’s 18 years of commercial real estate experience comprises a vast repertoire of knowledge and skills. He consistently delivers superior value to his clients by getting them premium pricing and attractive terms. His relentless work ethic and numerous long-standing relationships within the industry contribute to his success. Prior to joining Matthews™, Patrick was Director at Baum Realty Group, where he led the firm’s investment sales practice. Over the course of his career, Patrick has transacted or advised on aggregated sales north of $1.6 billion, encompassing more than 300 transactions across 26 states.
