Patrick Keppenne is Executive Vice President, Investments at Welltower. Mr. Keppenne leads the structuring and execution of the Company’s US debt and equity investments.
Mr. Keppenne joined Welltower as an Associate in 2018 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Investments. In this role, he spearheaded several key acquisitions for the Company and structured negotiations for Welltower’s first private investment fund.
Prior to joining Welltower, Mr. Keppenne served as an Associate in the Real Estate and Finance division at DLA Piper LLP. Mr. Keppenne earned his JD from Maastricht University (Netherlands) and MBA from Columbia Business School.
