Patrick has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry working in various asset classes including office, industrial, retail, medical, childcare and residential.
Patrick has extensive experience in optimising the desired outcome for his clients including New & Existing Lease, Option/Market Review and End of Lease Negotiations both on behalf of Landlords and Tenants, Sale Transaction Strategy, Management and Negotiation, Property Management and Acquisitions for investment and owner occupation.
