Pat Schenk specializes in tenant representation at JLL's global headquarters in Chicago, advising companies on office leases, renewals, relocations, and portfolio strategy — both across the Chicagoland market and nationally for companies managing multi-market portfolios.
His clients include global financial institutions, Am Law 100 firms, and Fortune 500 companies, as well as mid-market businesses making consequential real estate decisions for the first time.
Pat entered the industry as a financial analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, where he modeled the cost impact of renewals, restructures, relocations, and acquisitions for companies locally and nationally.
Since joining JLL in 2019, Pat has worked on transactions spanning law firms, institutional banks and financial services companies, AI and technology companies, nonprofit organizations, and trading firms — from Chicago's core submarkets to multi-city portfolio assignments across the country. Transaction experience includes headquarters relocations, build-to-suit advisory, subleases and sublease dispositions, early terminations and lease restructures, lease buyouts, sale-leaseback advisory, and flexible space strategy.
