Patrick Shelton is a commercial real estate broker and the principal owner of Duncan & Shelton Commercial, LLC. Patrick began his real estate career working in a commercial appraisal firm that specialized in litigation support. Having gained technical knowledge by evaluating complicated properties, Patrick shifted to commercial brokerage. In 2005, he joined Duncan Commercial, LLC. Under the mentorship of Joe Duncan, Patrick became a partner, and in 2013 he purchased the company—now known as Duncan & Shelton Commercial, LLC.
Patrick has worked with prominent development firms from around the nation and within the Austin Metro Area. He holds a bachelor of science in applied economics and a bachelor of business administration from Texas Tech University. As an invited member of Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES), Patrick stands among the elite senior-level commercial real estate brokers in the Austin MSA.
