Bio
Patrick Timperio is an Associate on the acquisitions team at Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments (“AMPI”). In this role, he is responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring, and executing investments across all asset classes. Prior to joining AMPI, Mr. Timperio worked at the Moinian Group reporting directly to the EVP on their New York portfolio. Patrick received a B.S in Finance and a minor in Accounting from Fairfield University. He resides in New York City, enjoys outdoor sports and traveling.
