Bio
Brindley, who holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, has been with JLL and predecessor HFF for 26 years with such clients as USAA, Hackman Capital, Oaktree Capital Management, and CenterCal Properties. His prior experience also includes roles with two Japanese companies, one in CMBS lending and one as a mixed-use developer. Brindley's work for JLL's Asia-Pacific business included transactions across asset classes in 10 countries and partnerships with U.S. private equity firms, global investment managers, sovereign wealth funds, private capital and family offices. Brindley has helped arrange financing for billions of dollars of LA properties over the years ranging from CBS Studio Center in Culver City in 2021 to ROW DTLA downtown in 2017.
