With a background in development, Mr. Britvar provides value to his clients through his extensive expertise in land use and zoning. His breadth of knowledge of San Diego’s municipal restrictions on zoning enables him to fill a critical advisory role in the sale and acquisition process.
In 2016, Mr. Britvar assisted with the sale of San Diego’s largest industrial sale-leaseback transaction of the Panasonic headquarters in addition to 14 major other building sales. In the first quarter of 2017 alone, Mr. Britvar’s leasing and sale presence covered more than 200,000 square feet of active negotiations.
