Based in Houston, Texas, Managing Director Paul House is responsible for securing financing for owners and developers of all commercial real estate asset classes in the Southwestern United States. Mr. House focuses on structuring equity placements consisting of preferred equity, mezzanine financing, and joint venture equity. He also partners with the company’s investment sales platform on dispositions, acquisitions, and recapitalizations across the broad capital markets landscape for both owner and lender clients. Mr. House has successfully advised clients on more than $7 billion of debt, equity, and product dispositions over the past ten years.
