A Chartered Surveyor with 25 years experience in providing cost savings advice, Paul has worked in both the private and public sectors and fully understands the varied and contrasting needs of both.
His extensive knowledge of what adds value has enabled him to provide value and investment/development advice to a number of major UK Banks and Investment Funds.
Specialising in cost reduction, Paul focuses on Lease Advisory, Business Rates and Asset Management advice and currently works with a number of the UK’s leading leisure, industrial and logistics companies including Vue Entertainment, Cineworld, HSS, TNT and CEVA Logistics.
By extracting maximum commercial leverage from lease events such as break options and rent reviews, and through lease re-gears as well as challenging business rates, Paul is able to minimise his Clients’ property costs.
