Calamos Real Estate welcomes the return of Paul Yacoub, who from 2017 to 2019, served as an intern and associate with the firm. Yacoub has rejoined the firm as AVP/real estate analyst effective March 25.
Most recently, Yacoub was a valuation associate with Revantage, A Blackstone Portfolio Company. He also held positions in real estate valuations and consultancy, and he completed a master’s degree in finance at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business in 2021.
At Calamos Real Estate, Yacoub will be primarily responsible for valuations for development projects and analytics behind real estate investment.
“We recognized Paul’s talent several years ago and are thrilled that after furthering his education and experience, he has returned to Calamos Real Estate,” said SVP Ken Witkowski who heads the boutique agency. “Developing and recognizing young talent is a core value of our firm.”
In addition to the degree earned at Loyola’s Quinlan School, Yacoub holds a Bachelor of Business with a concentration in finance from DePaul University Chicago.
