Paula Danker, CCIM is one of Southern California’s most active net leased investment brokers, bringing more than three decades of experience. Over the course of her career, she has closed more than $1 billion in transactions, including over $104 million in 2025 alone.
As a senior member of the Kidder Mathews Net Leased Investments group, Paula has closed transactions across a wide range of property types, including land, net leased assets, multifamily, office, industrial, and retail. For more than 25 years, she has specialized in investment sales, representing owners in exclusive dispositions and advising buyers on acquisitions. Paula holds real estate licenses in both California and Texas, allowing her to serve clients across state lines. She also has extensive experience collaborating with designated brokers nationwide to manage complex transactions across multiple markets.
In addition to brokerage, Paula offers advisory services in asset valuation, investment analysis, market research, and portfolio strategy—helping clients build wealth and optimize their real estate holdings through data-driven decision-making.
