I have been involved with real estate and development for many years. My fluency in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English has allowed me to develop relationships throughout the world and help me educate and advise investors outside the local market on real estate investment decisions.<br /><br />A graduate of California Lutheran University, I hold a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA), and emphasize in Marketing and Business Management. As of now, I am a proud member of the West San Gabriel Valley - Los Angeles Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I believe that the key to being successful and having longevity in the real estate business is to "deliver what you promise" and be trustful to my clients. I and my team territory cover all of San Gabriel Valley, from the West Side city Altadena all the way to the East Side City Chino Hills.
