Percy is presently a 34-year veteran of the real estate industry; He first became a real estate professional in 1988 and obtained his Real Estate Broker's License in 1995. He has successfully completed his e-PRO, a course offered by the National Association of Realtors on Advanced Internet Technology to become "Certified" as an Online Real Estate Professional. He has taken several other courses over the years to become short sale certified and foreclosure specialist, property management and more. He considers himself a Luxury Home Expert. Through extensive training and experience with custom homes, he is professionally qualified to represent the Executive Level Buyer or Seller. Percy has represented on several occasions CEO's, Doctors, Lawyers, business owners, professional athletes, and a Movie Producer. Demonstrating the unique details and specific features in custom homes has become his specialty. One of his proudest accomplishments was becoming a 3 Time Record Holder of the Highest Sales Prices Achieved in the History of Chino Hills ($3,690,000 closed escrow on Jan. 18, 2013, he broke his own record shortly thereafter with a sale of $4,200,000 which closed escrow April 10, 2013. And he broke his own record again with a sale of $5,200,000, a record which lasted until Dec. 2021). The record was broken by another for $5,800,000. His records lasted over 8 years and he is presently searching for seller's whose homes are worth over $6,000,000- he enjoys having the record and intends to re-capture it. Furthermore, he also had a sale of a commercial building for $26,000,000 outside the area. He owes all his success to his wonderful clients, no matter the price range.
