Pete Dannemiller is Executive Vice President of Hodges Ward Elliott, the leading hotel brokerage and investment-banking firm in the U.S., averaging over $4 billion in annual transaction volume in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Dannemiller has specialized in real estate analytics and investment since starting with The Prudential Realty Group in 1991. While with Prudential, Pete developed both a passion for and unique expertise in the valuation and investment sales execution of a variety of real estate asset classes, which has been fine-tuned within the hospitality sector over his 12 years with HWE.
