Bio
Pete has experience working with various aspects of CRE business, including research, fund strategy, operations, finance, portfolio and asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, financial modeling and reporting.
Pete worked for Estein USA for more than a decade, and during his tenure has worked on hotel, office, retail, industrial, land, and multifamily projects, participating in equity placement of $750 million, asset dispositions nearing $1 billion and financing transactions of more than $500 million.
He has more than 15 years of experience in financial reporting, asset management, acquisition, disposition and finance. He has worked as a project and accounting manager in the facilities management industry.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Communications from the University of Florida in 2000 and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business in 2002.
He is married and the father of three boys and has lived in the Orlando area since 1977.
