Pete is a retired 31 year commercial banker whose last 19+ years in banking was as the President and CEO of Friends Bank until he marketed the organization to Fairwinds Credit Union of Orlando in 2019. Prior to that, Pete has successfully piloted his own Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts franchises in Ormond Beach with his family back in 1992-1995 and ultimately sold off the business maintain the underlying real estate for investment. As an experienced Real Estate Advisor with 38 years of business and real estate experience, Pete offers market insight and financial expertise to both the commercial and residential real estate arenas. His primary focus is on Eastern Volusia County, where he specializes in analyzing, valuing, and advising on a wide range of properties, including:
