Peter Deltondo serves as the Director of the Net Leased Investments Group specializing in Single-Tenant Retail Properties throughout the nation in the Newport Beach Office. Over the years, he has worked for National & Franchise Companies under the Sale-Leaseback program as well as worked for a multitude of family offices and private investors in the sale of single tenant net leased investment properties throughout the country. He graduated from The University of Fullerton California with a bachelor's of science and an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He began his career with the firm in December of 2006 and has continued to expand his business not only in Southern California but nationwide. Since, Mr. Deltondo has transacted over $2.1 Billion in Sales with over 750 properties sold.
