Peter J. Poulos offers over 30 years of progressive leadership experience within the Chicagoland construction materials and real estate arena. He executes a strategic, results-oriented and consultative approach to facilitate client, personnel and business needs through effective liaison communication, cost-savings initiatives, realization/operational enhancement, seamless integration of sales, operational and IT functions. Spearheading the development of new products and distribution channels, he has been able to consistently drive performance and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
His qualifications include a broad working knowledge of the concrete construction industry and its competitive landscape. In addition, he possesses extensive experience in directing the seamless merger/integration of VCNA’s prominent affiliate, Prairie Material Sales, Inc. in 2008. He prides himself on facilitating profitability through strategic planning and key initiative integration, EBITDA management as well as fostering loyal, long-term professional relationships with key market leaders. As the founder and managing broker of Peter J. Poulos Real Estate, he has helped many clients achieve multi-million-dollar conversions of their real estate portfolios.
He is an effective team-builder and communicator, serving as a leader and liaison between internal personnel to exceed client expectations and generate bottom-line-revenue for the organization.
