Peter Roberson is a Senior Vice President of CBRE, Inc.. He is responsible for tenant and landlord representation, as well as business park representation. His client base consists of manufacturers and logistic providers, as well as corporate office related industries. Moreover, he works closely with developers to identify, renovate and redevelop obsolete infill manufacturing sites with modern investor class industrial facilities.
Prior to joining CBRE, Inc., Mr. Roberson was a Quality Manager with the American Hotel Register Company. With a background in the mail order distribution cycle, Mr. Roberson created quality measurement systems to evaluate supplier’s performance.
