Peter Yoon joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2018 as a director, with over 13 years’ prior experience in real estate. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation throughout New York City’s five boroughs, and has also completed transactions in NJ, Long Island, Westchester and Rockland counties.
During his career, Peter has represented esteemed landlords such as Related Co, Harbor Group Intl, Shopcore properties, Urban Edge, Van Barton Group, and Acadia Realty Trust. His relationships with notable tenants include Club Pilates, Rumble Fitness, Teriyaki One, Charleys Philly Steaks along with several others.
